Two Typical Model
There are two typical models of laboratory rotary kiln including SHY-I and SHY-II. The most important difference between these two models is the highest temperature that they can reach. The laboratory rotary kiln of SHY-I can reach at most 1300 ℃. The laboratory rotary kiln of SHY-II can reach at most 1600 ℃. 8.The test that they do on the machine
(1)Make sure that the lab rotary kiln can reach the temperature that they need to roast their samples. Here is the picture 5 that can show the process of the temperature go up to about 1250℃.

(2)Try to get their desired discharge at the temperature of 1250 ℃.
They needed the temperature to reach 1250 ℃ to roast their clay ball.They got this shape of discharge as picture 7 after half an hour's roasting in the furnace tube.However,they found that the discharge was too hard just like the sand and their color was also not the one they needed.The discharge could not be used to produce clay masks.So they tried for the second time.

(3)Try to get their desired discharge at the temperature of 1100℃.
At first,the customer of the engineer asked us to get the roasted sample out as quickly as possible as picture 6.Then they turned the temperature to 1100℃ to roast the clay ball again for about 15mins this time.Then we got this shape of discharge as the picture 8.They were very happy when they saw the powder discharge.The machine was just what they wanted to help them to produce the clay masks!This machine was what they were looking for.The engineer told me that it was workable!
(4)Make sure that it can cool down from a high temperature of 1135℃ to a normal temperature.
(5)Ensure that the clay ball can go out from the feeding hopper to the outlet smoothly and quickly.
9.The experimental result:
(1)The lab rotary kiln can reach a higher temperature about 1300℃ and cool down to a normal temperature. (2)The lab rotary kiln can help them to study their mass production of clay mask successfully.
